Code of Conduct & Ethics sets out the standards we expect from all employees, executives, contractors, suppliers, and business
partners across our operations in the USA, UK, Canada, LATAM, Asia-Pacific, and the Caribbean.

Expectations of Suppliers & Partners
We require suppliers, distributors, logistics providers, and agents to:
- Comply with our Supplier Code of Conduct.
- Prohibit the use of forced labour, child labour, or exploitative practices.
- Maintain accurate financial records and report transactions transparently.
- Uphold international trade, tax, and anti-bribery laws.
- Support environmental sustainability and responsible sourcing.
Implementation & Enforcement
- Training— All employees receive training on ethics, compliance, and supply chain risk management.
- Reporting — Confidential channels are available to report concerns at:
- Non-Retaliation — Whistleblowers are protected from retaliation or adverse treatment.
- Disciplinary Action — Violations will result in corrective action, up to and including termination of employment or contracts.
