retaliation. This Whistleblowing Policy provides clear guidance on how concerns can be raised and ensures protection for those who
do so in good faith.
Scope of the Policy
This policy applies to all employees, executives, suppliers, contractors, agents, distributors, and business partners across our global
operations in the USA, UK, Canada, LATAM, Asia-Pacific, and the Caribbean.
Concerns may include, but are not limited to:
- Bribery, corruption, or fraud.
- Tax evasion or financial misreporting.
- Violations of human rights, labour standards, or modern slavery laws.
- Environmental breaches or unsafe practices.
- Harassment, discrimination, or workplace misconduct.
- Health & safety violations.

All reports will be acknowledged, reviewed, and investigated promptly and fairly.
Whistleblower Protections
- Non-Retaliation — No employee, contractor, or partner will suffer retaliation, dismissal, or demotion for raising a concern in good faith.
- Confidentiality — Reports will be handled with the highest degree of confidentiality and only shared with those directly involved in the investigation.
- Good Faith — Whistleblowers must act honestly and reasonably; malicious or knowingly false reports will be treated as a disciplinary matter.
Oversight & Accountability
- The Board of Directors has ultimate oversight of whistleblowing procedures.
- The Compliance Office ensures impartial investigation and resolution.
- Findings may be escalated to regulators or enforcement agencies if required by law.
