recognise the risks of modern slavery, forced labour, and human trafficking in global supply chains and maintain a zero-tolerance approach to these practices in all jurisdictions where we operate — including the USA, UK, Canada, LATAM, Asia-Pacific, and the Caribbean.
Global Standards
We comply with, and require partners to adhere to:
- UK - Modern Slavery Act 2015.
- USA- Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA) and U.S. Customs & Border Protection enforcement.
- Canada- Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act.
- LATAM & Caribbean- Regional labour rights legislation and International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions.
- Asia-Pacific - National anti-trafficking and labour protection laws, reinforced by OECD and UN standards.
Our Commitments
- Zero Tolerance- We prohibit the use of forced labour, bonded labour, child labour, or human trafficking in any form.
- Supplier Due Diligence- All suppliers, logistics partners, and contractors must undergo risk-based vetting and contractual commitments to uphold these standards.
- Employee Training - A Mandatory training equips our teams to identify, prevent, and respond to risks of modern slavery in supply chain operations.
- Auditing & Monitoring - Regular audits, both internal and external, assess supplier compliance across high-risk jurisdictions.
- Whistleblowing Channels-Confidential reporting mechanisms are available to employees, contractors, and suppliers, with strong non-retaliation protections.
- Corrective Action-Breaches will result in immediate corrective measures, termination of business relationships, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.
